Town Center Park Phase II Sports Complex Opens

The sports complex portion of Town Center Community Park Phase 2 was officially dedicated on Tuesday, June 1, 2010. League play began following ceremonial first pitches from City Council Members and the City Manager to kick off opening day. The sports complex, approximately 15 acres of the park’s 55 total acres, includes three lighted softball/baseball fields with artificial turf outfields, two arena soccer fields,  parking and a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant will serve typical ball park food, including beer and wine. Batting cages will be opening in late June.
