The City of Santee Park and Recreation Committee (SPARC), invites you to attend this
fund-raising event. This festival will feature wine & beer tasting, food sampling, a silent
auction and a variety of Bluegrass music. Funds will benefit municipal parks, community
programs and the Voucher Incentive Program which provides financial assistance to
qualifying Santee families to participate in recreation activities. |

The 12 members of SPARC provide input to the City Council on park and recreation matters. These meetings are open to the public. They meet the first Thursday of every month in the Community Services building Conference Room [Building 6]. |
